HIKMICRO AI56 Acoustic Imaging Camera for Compressed Air Leak and Partial Discharge Detection
The HIKMICRO AI56 is an acoustic imaging camera designed for detecting compressed air leaks, gas leaks, and Partial Discharge (PD) in high-voltage electrical systems. Equipped with an array of 64 MEMS microphones, the AI56 detects sound sources and displays the location of potential faults on the screen in real time.
The AI56 supports a frequency range of 0–96 kHz and an inspection distance of approximately 0.3–150 meters. It is ideal for compressed air system leak detection, gas leak inspection, and Partial Discharge detection in industrial facilities, electrical substations, and high-voltage electrical maintenance applications.
For compressed air and gas leak inspections, the AI56 can display Leak Rate and Leak Cost information in real time. It also features noise filtering technology to help accurately identify and visualize sound sources on its 4.3-inch display, making it easier to locate leaks even in noisy industrial environments.
